Sophie Corser is a writer and researcher from Birmingham. Her essays have appeared in Too Little/ Too Hard, the Los Angeles Review of Books, Textual Practice, and elsewhere. Her first book was about interpretation and authority. She’s now working on a book of memoir and criticism about reading.
